Some time has elapsed since my last blog post. But, lots have been happening. For my Masonic audience... as for any "drama" that was alluded to in previous posts, that seems to be subsiding. Many of the local Brethren and leadership in my Lodge are actively working to move forward and focus on the health and future of our Lodge, its membership, and the fraternity at large. I respect and admire that about those taking that stance. I'm finding myself more inclined to participate in events, rituals, and even coach a new candidate. I've yet to see any indication that the same can be said of any neighboring Lodges, District, or Grand Lodge Leadership. But, I'm hopeful and optimistic that they are also moving forward and not actively (whether intentionally, or not) perpetuating any historical problems amongst the craft.
